At Marvellous Mycology, we stand by the quality and purity of every Lion’s Mane product we create, from spore to supplement. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on opened or used items.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, we’re here to help. Here’s how our returns process works:

We accept returns if:

The product is unopened and in its original packaging

The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order

You can provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
We’re unable to accept returns on any opened items, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, let us know and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days. We’ll confirm via email once it’s processed.
